ReplyDeleteI just finished watching your Patagonia picture/video slideshow. I am jealous. It doesn’t matter at all that the production quality of the video camera is a little low, or that the wind absolutely overwhelmed it’s poor little microphone; it was simply emotional, and I wasn’t even there. At first it was startling to have the music and the sound and motion of the video camera punctuated by a sudden still image with no sound, but after the first one I looked forward to each of them that followed. It added to the heart-stopping effect of many of your photos. The mountains were ridiculous, in a very good way. I would totally recommend packing out some serious video equipment in the future and capturing the experience again even more richly.
