    It's beautiful, mystical, theres a loneliness about it too. Did you edit it this picture at all?

    I shot this flamingo in the pre-sunrise blueness. The mystical quality is mainly due to shooting through foliage in the foreground. That's what creates the dark out-of-focus regions around the subject. I use very basic edits like Levels and Curves in photoshop. No change of color or anything crazy like that.
